Launching QuikTip
Need to send a tip to emergency personnel or your local school system about bullying underage drinking, illegal drug use, or other crime? There’s an app for that.
QuikTip is the app that makes a difference. Built by Relativity, Inc. QuikTip allows for two-way communication between the sender and the designated tip manager. The app is free to download for the tipsters and is easy to use.
The first QuikTip installation launched on April 15th at a White County Town Hall meeting at the ASU-Beebe Owen Gymnasium and was hosted by the W.I.S.E. (White County Invested in Substance abuse Education) Coalition.
The gymnasium was filled with students and community leaders for an evening of drug and substance education.
Speakers included: Fran Flener, the Arkansas Drug Director on the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council for the state of Arkansas, Rick Crisman, the ABC Board Deputy Director for the State of Arkansas, Ray Lozano, drug and substance prevention specialist and youth speaker, Dillon Watkins, owner of Relativity, Inc. and Patricia Peppenhagen, Director of the W.I.S.E. County Coalition.
